Our first gathering: Making Mistakes

As I continue recovering from back surgery, I’ve decided to give myself the additional time I need and move our first Kind Voice Club to January 7th.
I am genuinely excited about what we’ll be creating together. Our first meeting will focus on how we respond to ourselves when we make mistakes. Through two demonstrations, we’ll experience how contrasting ways of communicating can affect the person receiving them.
Next, we’ll reflect on what we observed, actively practice together, experience a short meditation for bringing kind voice to a mistake that keeps bouncing around in the mind, and end with a brief look at the science behind what we experienced.
If you’ve already signed up, your place in the club is reserved and there is nothing you need to do. If you haven’t joined us yet, you’re warmly invited.
